Chocolate Chip Kush Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are a comfort food like no other. This recipe guides you to a cookie with a crispy exterior, soft center, and a mellow high. Grab yourself a glass of milk, tuck in, and get your kush on.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 16 Tbsp cannabutter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Chocolate drizzle

  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted

    Directions

  • Note: Before starting this recipe, convert the number of tablespoons of butter needed into grams (multiply by 14). If you fall short on cannabutter, suppliment with regular unsalted butter.

    Dough

    Step one

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

    Step two

    In a medium mixing bowl, sift together 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 1/2 tsp salt.

    Step three

    In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the 16 Tbsp cannabutter, 3/4 cup sugar, and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

    Step four

    Progressively combine the dry ingredients with the wet, one cup at a time. Gently mix in the 2 cups of chocolate chips.

    Step five

    Place heaping teaspoons of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 10.5 minutes.

    Chocolate Drizzle

    Step one

    In a microwave, melt one cup of chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.

    Step two

    Spoon melted chocolate into a sandwich bag and cut a small piece off of the corner. Squeeze chocolate onto cookies in side to side motion.

    Final step

    Eat.
