Blazed Blondie Brownies

Blondies have more fun...or so they say. Whether you're blonde or not you could have more fun by baking cannabutter into blondie brownies. This easy to make sweet treat will remind you of the offspring of a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie, and it'll make you happy!

Ingredients

  • 16 Tbsp cannabutter, melted
  • 2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

• 2 Medium mixing bowls

• 1 cup

• 3/4 cup

• 1 Tbsp

• 1 tsp

• Rubber spatula

• Parchment paper

• Cooking spray

Directions

  • Note: Before starting this recipe, convert the number of tablespoons of butter needed into grams (multiply by 14). If you fall short on cannabutter, suppliment with regular unsalted butter.

    Step one

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 in x 9 in baking pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.

    Step two

    In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, ½ tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt.

    Step three

    In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the 16 Tbsp melted cannabutter and brown sugar.

    Step four

    Add the 2 eggs and the 2 tsps vanilla extract to the wet mixture and stir vigorously until smooth.

    Step five

    Incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture one cup at a time. Stir until well incorporated.

    Step six

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

    Step seven

    Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes until the edges are golden. Test with a toothpick to see if it comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool completely and cut into squares.

    Final step

    Eat.
